Illumination Foundation (currently named Illumination Health + Home) is a nonprofit that provides full-circle care for people experiencing homelessness in Southern California, combining housing, healthcare, and human connection.

They operate recuperative care centers, emergency and supportive housing, and family-focused programs that help clients move from crisis to long-term stability. With integrated healthcare, case management, and specialized shelters like micro-communities and family emergency homes, they focus on treating the whole person rather than just addressing symptoms. Each year, they deliver hundreds of thousands of safe bed nights and vital services to thousands of individuals, rebuilding lives through stability, dignity, and community.
